About the Role

Krupa Cleanroom is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to develop current business opportunities and grow our customer base in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Cleanroom, Laboratory and Industrial sectors.

The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, sales follow-ups, site visits, preparing quotations and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and generate genuine B2B leads through various channels.
- Find potential customers in pharmaceutical, healthcare, laboratory and industrial sectors.
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Maintain a database of prospective customers.




- Identify upcoming projects and potential requirements in the market.

2. Client Handling & Sales
- Contact prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Explain Krupa Cleanroom's products and solutions.
- Arrange client meetings and site visits.
- Prepare and send quotations in coordination with the concerned team.
- Regularly follow up with prospects and existing customers.
- Negotiate professionally and work towards order conversion.
- Maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients.

3. Marketing Activities
- Promote KRUPA CLEANROOM products and services through online and offline channels.
- Support LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the management for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Collect market information, competitor information and customer feedback.
- Identify new industries, markets and customer segments for business expansion.
