About the Role

Intugle is looking for energetic and curious interns to support our
Sales, Marketing & Growth initiatives
.

You will work closely with the founders and GTM team and get hands-on experience in how an AI startup identifies customers, generates leads, builds its brand, and grows its sales pipeline.

What You’ll Do
- Research industries, target companies, and potential customers.
- Identify relevant decision-makers and build prospect/lead databases.
- Support outreach through
LinkedIn, email, InMails, and cold calling
.
- Follow up with prospects, event leads, and potential customers.
- Maintain and update lead databases, CRM, and sales trackers.
- Help research and refine our
Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
and target accounts.
- Conduct company, market, competitor,



and industry research.
- Support LinkedIn, content, events, campaigns, and other brand-building activities.
- Help the sales team with meeting preparation, follow-ups, presentations, and day-to-day sales operations.
- Experiment with recent ways to improve lead generation, outreach, and market awareness.

What We’re Looking For
- Are pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in
Business, Marketing, Economics, Management,
or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and research skills.
- Comfortable speaking with new people and reaching out to prospects.
- Good with Excel/Google Sheets and organized with data.
- Curious about
AI, technology, startups, sales, and marketing
.
- Self-driven and willing to learn and take ownership.
- Prior sales or marketing experience is
not mandatory
.

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, cold outreach, content creation, or simil
