Position: Tool Room Engineer

Location: Vapi

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Lead the shift In charge for Mould Maintenance- Toolroom.

- Ability in planning and initiating Process planning and resource management.
- Analyse machine & mould adaptability.
- Responsible for Mould preventive & breakdown maintenance.

- Monitoring tool rectification activities.
- Handle Current mould Inward Inspection, Mould Trials, trouble shouting & corrective action.
- Responsible for all IATF documentation.
- Prepare monthly MRM data.

- Attending trials at tool maker place& take necessary corrective action for achieving aesthetical & dimensional requirement of the product.
- Manpower planning, job allocation & performance monitoring.
- Ensure safe work condition, safe work practices, & safety culture.

- Rejection control & resolve daily production problem.




- Interaction with customer & supplier regarding initiation of tool manufacturing feasibility of new part.
- Ensure compliance to QMS & EHS in the shift operation, driving continual improvements & Corrective actions

- Conduct KAIZENS & Improvement works for molds to accelerate production.
- Lead 5S team in shop floor.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/ Plastics

Salary: - Upto 4.80 LPA
