Key Responsibilities
- L1–L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, hardware and Windows applications
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls & VPN issues
- Install, configure & maintain network devices — routers, switches, APs, Wi-Fi devices, firewalls
- Basic server administration & troubleshooting
- Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses & documentation
- Coordinate with ISPs (Airtel, Jio, broadband), access control & EPABX vendors
- Support VC devices, AV systems, access control & EPABX
- Manage backup solutions and AV setups

IT procurement: vendor coordination, quotations, purchasing
- Manage email accounts & Active Directory (user creation, permissions, GPO)
- Escalate issues and maintain proper documentation
