● Responsible for identifying the changes of rules and regulations in RBI, SEBI and IRDA, also needs to keep updates on the implementation of the circulars.
● Needs to keep track of the various statutory audits and advise the implementation of changes in the process.
● Audit the implementation of circulars, rules and regulations.
Ideal Candidate / Resume
Candidate with the experience of working with a legal / compliance team in any broking / securities company.
Aware about the rules and regulations of RBI, SEBI and IRDA and also work on the implementation of the changes as per the circulars. Further, the candidate has to audit the implementation of the changes as per the circulars, rules and regulations.
Experience : CS / CA / MBA with 5 - 10 yrs experience in Financial Services Industry
