Key Responsibilities • Implement and monitor safety procedures, PPE usage, and site safety standards.

- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
- Manage fire safety systems, fire extinguishers, hydrants, and alarms with regular maintenance.
- Organize fire drills, emergency response training, and safety awareness programs.
- Maintain safety compliance documents, incident reports,



and statutory registers.
- Ensure legal and government compliance related to safety and fire regulations.
- Investigate accidents and near-miss cases, and recommend preventive actions.
- Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and management to strengthen the safety culture.

Desired Candidate Profile • Diploma / Degree in Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety / Environment, Health & Safety (EHS).

- 2–4 years of construction / real estate safety experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of firefighting systems, safety audits, PPE, and documentation.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Preference for candidates with Govt. approved safety certifications.
