- Qualification: MD (DDVL) / DNB (Dermatology)

- Gender: Open (Male / Female)

- Minimum Commitment: 2 years

- May be relaxed if the candidate is a Senior Dermatologist with 3+ years post-MD experience

2. Work Schedule

- Timings (Preferred): Full-time – 8 hours (11 AM to 7 PM)

- Alternate Option: Minimum 6 hours (10 AM to 4 PM or 2 PM to 8 PM)

- Weekly Off: Alternate Sundays

3.

Training

Requirement

- Duration: 30 days (Hyderabad Training Center)

- Support Provided: Accommodation, dining, travel, and training expenses fully covered by Oliva

4.

Compensation & Benefits

- Range (Full-time): ₹65,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

- Incentives:

- Monthly incentives up to ₹40,000

- Additional quarterly incentives up to ₹20,000 (performance-based)

- Part time Doctors: Compensation proportionate to hours committed

Compensation will be finalized considering:

- Total years of experience post-PG

- Relevance of experience (especially in aesthetics)

- Oliva’s internal parity and benchmarks
