We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals for positions across the United States and be comfortable working with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for US-based positions.
- Use LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and other recruiting platforms to identify candidates.
- Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Requirements




- 4–6 years of experience in US healthcare recruiting.
- Robust knowledge of US healthcare roles and recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms is preferred.
