About the role

Seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer with 5–8 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain Identity Governance and Administration solutions at USI Talent Acquisition.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and support SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow implementations including workflows, rules, provisioning, and certifications.
- Integrate and troubleshoot application onboarding with systems such as AD, LDAP, HR, and SaaS platforms.
- Manage access requests, recertifications, role-based access controls, and enforce security policies.
- Collaborate with IAM architects, security teams, and application owners to address provisioning, aggregation, and reconciliation issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support materials.

Required skills and experience




- 5–8 years of hands-on SailPoint development experience with IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow.
- Solid knowledge of IAM concepts including identity lifecycle management and access governance.
- Proficient in developing workflows, rules, connectors, certifications, and provisioning processes.
- Experience with programming and scripting languages such as Beanshell, Java, XML, REST APIs, JSON, and SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and SaaS applications.

Nice to have
- Experience with HR system integrations and complex application onboarding.
- Familiarity with policy enforcement and role-based access management best practices.
