Amazon DSP (Demand-Side Platform) enables advertisers to programmatically buy display, video, and audio ads both on and off Amazon properties, helping them reach relevant audiences across the open web and Amazon-owned inventory. Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a Biz Tech Leader to own and scale the Amazon DSP business in India. This is a high-impact role that combines technology, business development, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in digital advertising and programmatic ecosystems, with a proven track record of building and scaling ad-tech businesses. You will own the P&L; for your product area, drive publisher supply acquisition, demand strategies, and partner closely with product, engineering, and frontline sales teams to build differentiated capabilities for the India market.




You will work with a dedicated product and engineering team and collaborate extensively with WW Ads, India Sales & Account Management, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will be responsible for establishing key metrics, setting and meeting goals on business/product metrics, advertiser engagement, publisher partnerships, and revenue growth. You will drive key business and CX metrics including advertising revenue, DSP utilization, fill rates, yield optimization, and ad relevance.

● Revenue & P&L; Ownership: Own the Amazon DSP India revenue targets. Define and execute strategies to grow programmatic advertising revenue across display and video ad formats.
● Publisher Supply & Business Development: Lead publisher acquisition strategy for the India market. Build and scale relationships with premium publishers to expand inventory supply on the Amazon DSP network.
