Role overview- You are the bridge between raw data and business breakthroughs. As our Data & Analytics Consultant, you will architect the strategies that turn complex datasets into explicit,



actionable stories for our clients. We aren’t just looking for a dashboard builder; we need a visionary who can lead high-level discovery and implement sophisticated data models that drive real growth.

Requirements
Key Skills

Consultative Mindset: At least 5 years of experience leading client-facing analytics projects and translating "business speak" into technical requirements.
Expert Platform Mastery: Proven success developing solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem (Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Tableau, B2BMA, CRM Analytics) and beyond (Power BI, Looker).
Strategic Data Modeling: A deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and the ability to write complex SQL to manipulate and structure data.
Visualization Artistry: A track record of creating high-impact dashboards that don’t just show numbers, but highlight critical KPIs and trends.
Technical Leadership: The ability to guide internal team
