ABOUT THE ROLE

We are transforming our core platform from a legacy, high-volume workplace into a modern, highly scalable polyglot microservices ecosystem. We run a high-throughput platform processing massive daily transactions and are actively executing a multi-tenant migration strategy.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior / Lead Software Engineer to serve as our primary technical anchor on the office floor in Trivandrum. Working directly alongside our leadership team, you will translate strategic architectural visions into clean, maintainable code, mentor a growing team of junior engineers, enforce coding standards, and eliminate technical debt.

*This is a hands-on execution role — you will be writing code, reviewing PRs, building automated pipelines, and driving daily engineering excellence in close alignment with technical leadership.*
