Role Overview

This is a pure business development and field sales role. You'll own the ground game for Mumbai and nearby regions, and generate leads pan-India through calls, video meetings, and outreach. Your mission: build our pipeline of dermatologists and clinics, get in front of decision-makers, and convert them into clients. This is a field-first role — dermatologists, clinics,



and hospitals respond to people who show up, so expect daily travel and face-to-face meetings.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects across the skin, hair & beauty space — starting with dermatologists and clinics.
- Own field sales across Mumbai and nearby regions through in-person meetings and visits.
- Generate leads pan-India via calls, Google Meet, DMs and tele-calling for prospects outside Mumbai.
- Meet dermatologists, hospitals, and hospital/clinic marketing managers to pitch our digital marketing, technology, and growth services.
- Manage the full BD cycle — prospecting, pitching, follow-up, negotiation, closing and ob-boarding
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with practitioners and clinic decision-makers.
- Represent and pitch any current software, technology, or marketing services we roll out for this segment.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales target
