About The Role
Rippling is looking for an Operations Analyst to support our EDI and API operations. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, debugging,



and maintaining client-level configurations and assisting in resolving any errors returned from multiple insurance carriers. This role will require significant engagement across insurance carriers, customers, and a number of internal departments, and will have a major impact on the success of Rippling's Advantages platform.

Benefits is one of Rippling's largest and most important product categories, and the Benefits Operations team is critical to getting companies enrolled in the right perks. The team manages tens of thousands of enrollments every year.

What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end setup of new EDI/API implementations (834, JSON, and carriers’ proprietary files) and post-production support for our growing client base, including carrier requirements gathering, file mapping, testing, error report handling, and discrepancy resolution
- Act as the primary point of contact with insurance carrie
