Role Description
This is a remote, revenue-share-only role focused on new business generation for retained technology and GCC (Global Capability Center) projects. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, particularly organizations seeking digital transformation, technology partnerships, or GCC/COE setup support. Day-to-day activities include researching target markets,



initiating outreach via digital channels and calls, presenting WorldBiz Tech’s services, and nurturing relationships through professional follow-ups. The role also requires coordinating with internal experts to shape proposals, contributing to go-to-market strategies, and tracking leads, opportunities, and conversions to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess markets, evaluate client needs, and interpret business and sales data.
- Candidates should possess Business and Business Planning skills to develop pipelines, structure proposals, and support GCC and technology partnership initiatives.
