Role: Team leader - Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical person to join our team as a Team leader - Data Analysis and Insights Specialist. In this role, you will work with large datasets, find useful insights, and share recommendations that help improve processes and support better decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to solve business problems and improve performance.
- Automate reports and create simple, effective dashboards.
- Prepare management dashboards and PowerPoint presentations.
- Team Handling
- Lead and manage the MIS team.




- Upskill team members regularly to improve their capabilities.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Share findings, reports, and suggestions with stakeholders in a clear and easy‑to‑understand manner.
- Help stakeholders understand insights and support decision-making.

Job Requirements
- MBA in finance or CA
- Strong ability to understand and work with large datasets.
- Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas) and Power BI
- Team player with valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
