We are looking for an experienced
Application
Support Engineer
to strengthen our platform reliability and operational excellence. The role requires strong hands-on expertise across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, application troubleshooting, observability, automation, and production operations.

What you'll do at EvoluteIQ:
- Investigate and resolve customer issues through troubleshooting and log analysis.
- Support
Docker and Kubernetes
deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Troubleshoot
Java applications, REST APIs, databases,



and microservices
.
- Build
AI Agents and AI Skills
using the EvoluteIQ platform.
- Automate repetitive support tasks using
Python and Shell scripting
.
- Troubleshoot
JDBC/ODBC integrations and RPA workflows
.
- Work closely with Engineering and DevOps teams for issue resolution.

What will you bring to the team
- 4+ years of experience
in enterprise application/technical support.
- Robust Linux troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with
Docker and Kubernetes
.
- Good understanding of
Java applications and troubleshooting
.
- Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with
REST APIs and microservices
.
- Good communication and customer-facing skills.

Good to Have

Exposure to
AI/GenAI tools
such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.

Experience with RPA platforms/workflows.
