Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for US Healthcare roles (Clinical & Non-Clinical)
- Utilize and manage a strong personal candidate database along with job portals and referrals
- Source, screen, and submit qualified healthcare professionals for contract, C2H, and full-time positions
- Work with MSP/VMS requirements and direct client submissions
- Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and compliance documentation
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets independently

Mandatory Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in US Healthcare Recruitment
- Must have an active personal candidate database
- Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentialing, and compliance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment
