Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter & Outreach Intern to join our remote team and support our end-to-end recruitment process. This is a full-time, hands-on role suited to fresh graduates or final-year students with an interest in human resources, talent acquisition, or people operations. You will work directly with our recruitment team, handling candidate screening calls, outreaching prospects, maintaining applicant records, and supporting hiring coordination across active roles.

What You Will Do
- Source relevant candidates for open roles using LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Review candidate profiles to ensure they meet the job requirements.
- Reach out to potential candidates with professional messages and introduce them to available opportunities.
- Maintain an organised database of sourced candidates and outreach activities.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to schedule interviews when required.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with other recruitment and administrative tasks as needed.
