We are seeking an experienced
Finance Consultant
with a strong background in
Oracle Fusion Financials
and prior experience working with
Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, CRO, or Life Sciences organizations
. The consultant will support finance transformation initiatives, data migration, and Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
- Lead functional workshops and gather business requirements.
- Execute end-to-end data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Configure and support:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Support finance processes including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data conversion.
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues.
- Ensure finance processes comply with healthcare and life sciences business requirements and regulatory expectations.
Mandatory Requirements
- 4+ years of experience
as an Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant.
- Must have worked with Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, CRO, or Life Sciences organizations.
- Solid hands-on experience in:
- Data Migration
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Experience in at least one Oracle Fusion Financials implementation or support project.
- Strong understanding of finance business processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
