Finance Operations professionals
at Analyst and Manager levels to support
investment accounting, fund reporting, and financial analysis
for global clients.

Role Overview

You will be part of the
Accounting & Reporting function
, managing
end-to-end fund accounting, financial reporting, and client deliverables
across Private Equity / Hedge Fund structures.

Key Responsibilities

Analyst (0–5 Years)
- Manage
fund accounting, NAV calculations, and financial reporting
- Track investments, capital activity, and fund-level transactions
- Perform
reconciliations, expense allocations, and data analysis
- Support audits, tax reporting, and investor reporting requirements
- Prepare
P&L; reports and fund performance metrics (IRR, etc.)

Manager (8–10 Years)
- Lead
end-to-end accounting and reporting for fund entities
- Manage team deliverables across
monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Review outputs,



ensure SLA adherence, and maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with
clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders
- Drive
process improvements, governance, and team development

Eligibility Criteria

Analyst
- Qualified / Semi-qualified
CA
- 0–5 years experience in
Fund Accounting / PE / Hedge Funds
- Knowledge of
IFRS / US GAAP
- Strong Excel and analytical skills

Manager
- Qualified
Chartered Accountant
- 8–10 years experience in
fund accounting / financial reporting
- Experience in
team handling and client management
- Strong understanding of
IFRS / UK GAAP and fund structures

Key Skills
- Fund Accounting / Investment Accounting
- NAV, IRR, and financial reporting
- Stakeholder management
- Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
