experienced Freelance Recruiters and Recruitment Partners
who can source qualified candidates for Germany.
? Your Responsibilities
- Source qualified
truck drivers, welders and skilled workers
- Build strong candidate pipelines through your local and international networks
- Conduct initial screening and verify candidate qualifications
- Match suitable candidates with available German vacancies
- Coordinate interviews and candidate documentation
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with the ComfNet team until successful placement
? Who We're Looking For
- Experience in
recruitment, staffing, manpower sourcing or talent acquisition
- Existing network of blue-collar or skilled-worker candidates
is highly preferred
- Experience recruiting truck drivers, welders, technicians, construction, logistics or industrial workers is an advantage
- Strong sourcing and candidate-engagement skills
- Positive English communication; German or other languages are a plus
- Independent, professional and results-driven
