We are looking for an experienced
Lead Process Engineer / Lead Global Services Engineer




to serve as a technical authority across the full project lifecycle—from process design and engineering through commissioning, startup, and plant operations. This unique role combines:
- Process Engineering
- Plant Operations & Troubleshooting
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Technical Leadership
- Global Project Delivery

Key Responsibilities
- Lead process design activities including PFDs, P&IDs;, HMBs, equipment specifications, and process optimization.
- Support commissioning, startup, performance testing, and operational troubleshooting at project sites.
- Act as the technical authority for process performance, safety, and operational excellence.
- Interface with EPC contractors, vendors, customers, and global project teams.
- Deliver technical training and support to customers and plant personnel.
- Drive continuous improvement and implementation of new technologies into commercial operations.
