About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Operations Intern
to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. It is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or students looking to build a career in Human Resources and gain practical experience in a dynamic work workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and employee record management.
- Maintain and update employee information in the HRMS,



ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, employment documents, and other employee-related documentation.
- Coordinate background verification, document collection, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and HR events.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Help ensure compliance with internal HR policies and standard operating procedures.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist in handling employee queries related to HR processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
