Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Account Manager – Client Servicing & Brand Strategy
to lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns and serve as the primary bridge between clients and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will translate business objectives into effective campaign strategies, manage client relationships, drive seamless campaign execution, and identify account growth opportunities.

This role requires a strategic, organized,



and solution-oriented professional who can manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment while delivering an exceptional client experience from brief to reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brand and agency stakeholders.
- Understand client business objectives, category, audience, campaign goals and communication priorities.
- Conduct regular client meetings, campaign reviews and status updates.
- Manage expectations around timelines, deliverables, budgets and dependencies.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks, delays and concerns.

Brand & Campaign Strategy
- Translate client briefs into transparent influencer marketing strategies and campaign plans.
- Recommend creator mix, platform mix, content formats, campaign phases and performance benchmarks.
