Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Senior C++ Developer
with 6–8 years of hands-on software development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
Modern C++, object-oriented programming, STL, multithreading/concurrency, Linux, data structures, and system-level programming
.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, debugging, optimizing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance software applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using C++.
- Work extensively with Modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20) and standard libraries.
- Implement multithreaded and concurrent applications with appropriate synchronization mechanisms.
- Develop efficient solutions using STL, smart pointers, RAII, templates, and contemporary C++ features.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions and contribute to technical decisions.




- Analyze and optimize application performance, memory usage, and resource utilization.
- Debug complex issues using tools such as GDB, Valgrind, AddressSanitizer, and profiling tools.
- Develop and maintain software on Linux/Unix environments.
- Work with IPC, socket programming, TCP/IP, and system-level APIs where required.
- Write unit tests, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding and quality standards.
- Collaborate with QA, product, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving development practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and complete deliverables within agreed timelines.

Mandatory Skills
- 6–8 years of professional C++ development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with C++11/14/17; C++20 exposure is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of:
- OOP and SOLID principles
- STL containers and algorithms
- Pointers, smart pointers
