We are hiring for our client: HR Consulting & Client Program Manager

We are supporting one of our clients in their search for an experienced HR Consulting & Client Program Manager to lead client engagements, manage complex HR programs, and drive high-quality delivery. This is a highly client-facing role that also involves leading and developing a team of young professionals, with a strong focus on HR consulting delivery, solutioning, client management, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage multiple HR consulting engagements and programs simultaneously
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients and build strong, trusted relationships
- Understand client business and people challenge and translate them into practical HR solutions
- Lead end-to-end program delivery, including timelines, governance, risks, and quality
- Manage conflicting priorities, tight timelines, and multiple stakeholders effectively
- Bring a structured HR consulting approach to problem solving and solution development




- Influence senior business and HR stakeholders and manage challenging client situations with maturity
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior and mid-level professionals
- Work closely with internal leadership and solution teams to deliver impactful client outcomes
- Contribute to HR solution development, frameworks, methodologies, and consulting thought leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10–12 years of total experience, with significant experience in HR consulting, advisory, or professional services
- Strong client-facing and engagement management experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR projects and stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and structured thinking
- Excellent communication, influencing, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with robust ownership
