Skills And Competencies




- 12+ years of experience leading data analytics and operations team, credit research, or related capital markets functions within financial services organizations
- Strong understanding of credit risk, with expertise in managing end‑to‑end financial data lifecycle, ensuring data quality, integrity, and continuous process improvement
- Experience working with leading financial data providers (Bloomberg, FactSet, Intex, LSEG/Refinitiv, S&P; Capital IQ), along with strong proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), complemented by relevant certifications in data analytics or visualization
- Exceptional stakeholder leader with robust analytical and problem-solving skills, able to influence senior leaders and translate complex data challenges into actionable business insights and operational improvements
