Position Purpose

To act as the primary bridge between Trade Finance business stakeholders and the technology teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into scalable technical solutions. The role focuses on optimizing trade operations, enhancing digital capabilities, and ensuring the seamless delivery of agile projects to improve the efficiency and compliance of Trade Finance products.

The Candidate Must Be Able To
- Clearly understand the client business requirements and provide optimal solutions
- Contribute to the analysis and drafting of business requirements and functional specifications,
- Assist TCOE team for Qualification testing, Participate in SIT & support business users for UAT cycles.
- Should be well versed with the SDLC cycle, Agile methodology, quality, and release control processes
- Should have high-level technical know-how to drive API integrations for various interfaces

Responsibilities




Direct Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Requirement Engineering: Lead the end-to-end analysis of complex Trade Finance workflows. Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications and groom user stories within an Agile framework.
- Rigorous Impact Analysis: Conduct comprehensive "As-Is" vs "To-Be" analysis. Evaluate how proposed changes affect upstream/downstream systems, data integrity, regulatory reporting, and existing customer/data journeys to prevent regressions
- Functional Solutioning: Design end-to-end functional solutions. Propose the most effective way to implement a feature-balancing business desire with technical feasibility and system scalability
- Cross-Application Integration: Map data flows between multiple applications to ensure seamless interfacing, ensuring that solutioning for one module does not create bottlenecks in another
