Job Description
- As an Advisor, Business Operations, you will play a critical role in monitoring and analyzing data generated through automated site monitoring, synthetic testing, accessibility validation, availability tracking, and broken-link detection processes across the client.
- You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify customer-impacting issues, drive resolution efforts, conduct root cause analysis, and deliver actionable insights that improve digital experience and operational performance.

You Will
- Review large volumes of operational and monitoring data,



leveraging AI-enabled capabilities and analytical techniques to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across business, product, engineering, and support teams to drive issue resolution, track progress, and ensure accountability through closure.
- Perform Closed Loop Corrective Action (CLCA) analysis to identify root causes, implement preventive measures, and improve operational processes.
- Correlate monitoring and practice scan results with customer-impacting metrics, business KPIs, and digital experience indicators to establish causation, prioritize remediation efforts, and measure business impact.
- Develop and deliver executive-ready reports, dashboards, and insights that communicate trends, risks, operational health, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders and leadership teams.
