Role Description The Human Resources Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. The consultant will advise on HR policies and procedures, support HR management activities, and help design and implement HR frameworks aligned with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role also involves conducting HR audits, preparing documentation, facilitating HR-related training sessions,



and collaborating with leadership to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in core HR operations.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to design, implement, and update policy frameworks.
Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and communication.
Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law and experience applying regulatory requirements in organizational settings.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) are an advantage.
