Purpose of the Role
To manage and execute end-to-end HR Shared Services operations, with a focus on onboarding experience, NHO execution, HR process coordination, and HRIS-driven workflow management, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle support and high-quality employee experience.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Onboarding & New Hire Orientation (NHO)

Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new joiners
Work towards enhancing employee experience (WOW onboarding experience)
Ensure completion of mandatory Recent Hire Orientation (NHO) and follow-ups with employees/stakeholders
Track onboarding progress and resolve delays or escalations
Support NHO content development, updates, and digitization initiatives
Deliver a smooth, delightful and engaging onboarding experience

2. HR Process Execution (Employee Lifecycle)

Handle joining formalities, inductions, and documentation coordination




Support Welcome Kit, ID, asset allocation coordination, and IT dependencies
Ensure compliance with HR policies and onboarding timelines
Maintain accuracy of employee data in HR systems

3. HRIS / SuccessFactors Coordination

Support implementation and enhancement of onboarding (Onboarding 2.0) workflows
Coordinate with internal teams (HR, IT, vendors) on HRIS process requirements and automation initiatives
Assist in testing, validation, and rollout of recent HR processes

4. Stakeholder Management & Coordination

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for onboarding, automation, and HR projects
Drive follow-ups for inputs, approvals, and timelines across stakeholders
Coordinate leadership connect meetings for senior hires onboarding and inductions

5. HR Programs & Initiatives

Support HR programs such as:

Buddy program tracking and reporting
Employee engagement initiatives

Create trackers and reports for pro
