Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce VsnapU’s photography and videography services.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable service packages based on their needs.
Convert inquiries into successful bookings.
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, offers, and ongoing campaigns.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and ensure maximum conversion ratio.




Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
Maintain customer data and update sales records regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and convincing skills in English & Hindi.
Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or sales will be preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Solid negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
