Job Description
We are looking for a energetic and results-driven
Business Development Executive (BDE)
with
4–6 years of experience in domestic recruitment business development
. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of acquiring and onboarding new clients for domestic hiring requirements, particularly in the
Banking/BFSI and IT sectors
. The candidate should possess strong industry connections, an established network of hiring decision-makers, and a history of successfully generating recruitment business.

Responsibility
- Identify, develop, and onboard new clients for domestic recruitment across Banking, BFSI, IT, and other relevant industries.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, and key business stakeholders.




- Understand clients' hiring requirements and offer customized recruitment and staffing solutions.
- Handle end-to-end client acquisition, including lead generation, meetings, proposal submission, commercial negotiations, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update client interactions through Excel.
- Stay informed about market trends, hiring demands, and competitor activities.

Qualification
- 4–6 years of experience in Business Development within the domestic recruitment/staffing industry.
- Proven experience in acquiring clients for domestic hiring requirements.
- Strong experience in onboarding Banking/BFSI and IT clients for recruitment services.
- Established network of HR professionals, Talent Acquisition teams, and business decision-makers.
