Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing sales operations, handling project sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business growth targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in the uPVC profile industry or building materials,



along with strong leadership and project-handling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Handle project sales activities by coordinating with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, fabricators, and institutional clients.
Generate leads and manage residential, commercial, and government projects for uPVC doors and windows.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to develop effective business strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement regional promotional campaigns.
Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of deals.
