Job Summary
The International Operations Coordinator, HVMB Operations & Quality (Fixed Term Contract) will support the continent operations team in partner support and onboarding, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. The role will primarily support onboarding efforts, performance improvement initiatives and systems access management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education And Experience Required
- 3-year degree from an accredited university/college in Business Administration,



Hotel and Restaurant Management and 1 or more years experience in the business, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced workplace with competing priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Expert project management and organizational skills with a service mindset.

Education and Experience Preferred
- 1+ years of experience in the residential home rental sector

- Support 45- 90- and 150-day check ins with newly onboarded HMCs
