Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing Salesforce applications to meet business needs.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues within Salesforce environments
