- System Configuration and Maintenance:
Configuring and maintaining the SAP RE-FX module to support all real estate management processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Master Data Management:
Creating and maintaining essential master data, including business entities, buildings, land, rental objects (units, pooled spaces), and lease contracts.
- Transaction Management:
Managing real estate transactions such as lease agreements, acquisitions, and disposals,



and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., IFRS 16).
- Financial Integration:
Working closely with finance teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP FI/CO, asset accounting, accounts receivable/payable, and controlling modules.
- Support and Troubleshooting:
Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting complex user issues via ticket tracking systems, and performing break/fix analysis in a timely manner.
- Reporting and Analysis:
Generating and analyzing financial reports related to the real estate portfolio and supporting period-end and year-end closing activities.
- Process Improvement and Training:
Identifying process gaps, recommending improvements, and conducting workshops and training sessions for business users.
- Collaboration:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT support, legal, procurement, sales, and technical (ABAP) teams, for system enhancements, data migration, and development activities.
