Lead Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
to join our Microsoft Business Applications Practice (MBAP). This is an excellent chance for professionals who are passionate about ERP transformations, Business Central development, Azure integrations, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and upgrade projects.

? Design, develop, and customize D365 BC solutions using
AL/C-AL
.

? Drive data migration, governance, and reporting initiatives.

? Build integrations using
Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Data Factory, and Dataverse
.

? Manage deployment, testing, support, and performance optimization activities.

? Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and global delivery teams.

? Mentor technical teams and ensure adherence to best practices.

✅ Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC)

✅ AL & C/AL Development

✅ Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Data Factory

✅ Dataverse & API Integrations

✅ SQL Server, T-SQL, SSRS

✅ Power BI Reporting

✅ Azure DevOps, Git/TFVC

✅ Data Migration & Upgrade Projects

✅ Strong Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management Skills

Preferred Qualifications

✔ 10+ years of relevant experience in D365 Business Central

✔ Experience leading multiple end-to-end implementation projects

✔ Experience in Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain domains

✔ Microsoft Certifications (MB-820, AZ-204) preferred
