Accountabilities:

and implement scalable Atlassian solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of new platform implementations, optimization initiatives, and complex migrations across Cloud, Server, Data Center, and third-party environments.
- Assess existing Jira and Confluence environments and define comprehensive migration strategies, including risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including system blueprints, integration designs, workflows, configuration standards, and data models.
- Build and maintain custom automations and platform enhancements using Groovy scripting, ScriptRunner, Python, and related technologies.
- Design and implement integrations with external applications using REST APIs, webhooks, middleware platforms, and DevOps toolchains.
