Accountabilities
- Own the complete lifecycle of AI agent deployments,



from initial discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, launch, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
- Design and configure AI agent workflows, decision logic, automation behaviors, and conversational experiences to improve accuracy, reliability, and customer outcomes.
- Develop and implement validation frameworks, testing processes, and guardrails to ensure secure, compliant, and predictable AI agent performance.
- Build, test, and maintain integrations with enterprise systems such as CRM platforms, ticketing solutions, telephony systems, and data infrastructure.
- Partner with customer technical teams and stakeholders to define success criteria, understand business challenges, and deliver solutions aligned with operational goals.
- Translate customer requirements into clear technical implementation plans, documentation, and scalable deployment strategies.
