The Commodities team is responsible for delivering high quality pricing and fundamentals data, including physical assets, production and consumption metrics, trading flows, and market statistics that power both external customer products and internal research and forecasting teams.
This role sits at the intersection of content, technology, analytics, and quality assurance. You will translate business and analytical needs into robust functional specifications, lead complex content initiatives, and ensure datasets meet the highest standards of accuracy, completeness, and usability across LSEG’s flagship platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Content Onboarding
- Review and analyse business requirements for new projects and content initiatives.




- Research source data and draft functional and technical specifications for onboarding new commodities datasets and enhancing existing content.
- Translate customer needs into explicit, testable, and scalable requirements, challenging existing processes where needed.
- Build deep domain expertise through ongoing engagement with Research, Forecast, Propositions, and external data providers.

Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead large‑scale content onboarding, enhancement, and migration initiatives from definition through delivery.
- Coordinate across Content, Technology, QA, and Business Delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Support migration and modernization programs by defining specifications for new platforms, tools, and infrastructure.
- Contribute to implementation planning, UAT coordination, post‑release validation, and issue resolution.
