Strategy & Architecture

Define technical direction and architecture for a product area spanning multiple teams

Act independently on significant, unique problems that require evaluating intangible or unprecedented factors

Cross Functional Influence

Partner with Staff and Principal level peers, and with Product and UX leadership, to align the technical roadmap with business strategy

Build formal cross group networks and serve as a recognized authority beyond your own team
