Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Lead Consultant to provide production support for critical business operations and handle P1 and P2 priority incidents. The role requires strong functional expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Quality Management (QM), with the ability to analyze, troubleshoot,



and resolve high-priority issues within SLA timelines.
The consultant will work closely with business users, cross-functional teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth functioning of procurement, inventory, and quality processes in the SAP workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Production Support & Incident Management

Handle P1 and P2 priority tickets related to SAP MM and QM modules.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents in line with agreed SLA/KPI targets.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring production issues and propose preventive actions.
Coordinate with ABAP, BASIS, integration, and business teams for issue resolution.
Support ticket triage, impact assessment, prioritization, and escalation management.

Provide support for procurement and inventory management processes including:

Purchase Requisition
Purchase Order
Goods Receipt / Goods Issue
Invoice Verification
Vendor Master
Mate
