Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Commodity: B&T; 1. Will be responsible for resolving field concerns related to Trim parts across platforms2. Data analysis related to concerns.3. Daily Repair orders , Service concerns , Field concerns monitoring 4. Daily monitoring of field complaints & effectivity of actions5. Reduction in field concerns by correct root cause analysis & speedy implementation of corrective measure to meet organisation targets6. Discussions with various stakeholders for analysis , like supplier , SQE , R&D; , Customer care etc.7. Respond to escalated TAR [ tecnical Assistance] to Dealers for concern resolution.8. Deployment of lessons learnt in upcoming models based on past learnings.9. participate in RGA [realibility Growth analysis ] to identify and resolve product concerns proactively.10. Genearte Field concern MIS & publish report, PPT for higher management11. Carry out joint investigations in field to arrive at root cause12. Take appropriate actions in association with manufacturing, supplier quality & design & for closure of field & internal concerns 13.



Speedy & time bound closure of emerging concerns 14. warrnty parts disposal with correct attrinution after analysis.

B.E - Mecahnical / Automobile [ additional qualification of plastic , Plymer technology will be added advantage]

General Requirements

1. Product Knowledge.- For Trim parts ,like IP, Door trim pad , plastic trims , AC vents , grab handles , consol , seats , glass.2. Good understanding of palstic manufcaturing processes its defects and remedies - like injection molding , Vacumme forming , ultrasonic welding , extusiosn , etc. 3. Positive understanding on vehicle level interface of plastic parts , interface with other vehicle parts 4. Good understanding on manufacturing process of trim parts other than plastics like carpet , soft trims etc,5. Systematic root cause analysis of Failures by QC story approach , 8D metho
