We are looking for an enthusiastic Windows Server Administrator to support our Windows Server infrastructure. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in server administration, patching, backups,



and incident resolution alongside seasoned professionals — ideal for someone eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) under senior guidance, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
Monitor server performance, capacity, and availability; flag issues to senior team members for timely resolution
Support backup and disaster recovery processes, including periodic restore/DR testing
Assist in troubleshooting incidents related to server, storage, and application performance within SLA
Create, modify, disable, and unlock Active Directory user accounts, reset user passwords, and manage security groups.
Perform basic administration of Windows Servers.
Troubleshoot login, account, and server access issues.
