Sr Brand Manager / Group Product Manager / Category Manager - Himalaya Healthcare (OTX)

About The Role

Himalaya Healthcare is committed to “Wellness in every home” and is building scientifically backed wellness products and regimes. We are seeking a category creator, who will own the mission of transforming, clinically backed wellness solutions into preferred choices of consumers. The person will be responsible for scaling our flagship brands and bringing recent innovative products to the market. Empowering consumers with right product offerings and right education to make an informed choice for their wellness needs is the core of this role .

Core Responsibilities & Strategic Deliverables

Category Creation & Positioning Strategy
Own the long-term strategic lifecycle and P&L; for our core brands and future NPDs through building relevant and resonant consumer narratives
Lead cross-functional alignment with our internal R&D;, medical affairs, and Regulatory teams to translate clinical data into sharp, and compelling claims.
Work on the Innovation funnel to build superior products




Omni-Channel GTM
Drive marketing to grow our share of shelf and build dominance in GT/MT and Pharmacy chains
Optimize our packaging architecture and digital visual asset for Qcom/Ecom shoppers. Drive volume growth by building hyper-targeted, conversion-led loops on rapid-delivery networks (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) to capture impulse consumer searches for stress, fatigue, and immunity.
Partner closely with our Medical Marketing division to equip our field force with high-science visual aids and narrative to command trust amongst Health care practitioners.
Consumer Insights & Data-Driven Brand Building
Continuously seek out the voice of the consumer and champion it internally. Focus on capturing “consumer speak” from different channels to understand their behaviour and to decode shifting urban usage behaviours, preferences, and barriers to trials.
