LightYears Health is on a mission to redefine how India ages, not with fear, but with science. We make clinically validated nutrition products for people who refuse to slow down: the 55-year-old who still lifts, the woman navigating menopause on her own terms, the 70-year-old who outruns her grandchildren.
We're not a supplement company. We're a preventive health company, building evidence-backed wellness products across arthritis, pain management, and hormonal health. And we're just getting started.

The role.
Every order we ship is a promise to a consumer, and this role owns keeping that promise. You will own the full post-purchase journey: from the moment an order is placed to the moment it lands safely at the consumer’s doorstep. The role will include:
Order fulfilment oversight: Ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched from the warehouse on time, every day, and flagging bottlenecks before they become delays.
