We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join AHEAD's Managed Services team as EUS Apprentices. This apprenticeship gives you hands-on exposure to end-user computing environments, IT support operations,



and enterprise-grade service delivery. You will learn from experienced professionals while contributing to real-world IT support tasks from Day 1.

What You Will Do:
Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues
Log, track, and resolve service requests and incidents using an ITSM tool
Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices and applications
Assist with user onboarding/offboarding — account creation and device provisioning
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support tier in a timely manner
Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolution steps
Adhere to SLAs and contribute to a positive end-user experience
Handle Inbound/Outbound calls
