Role Summary

We are looking for a Brand Manager to own and grow a portfolio within our Personal Care / BabyCare business. This is a high-visibility role reporting into the Category Manager, requiring end-to-end ownership of brand strategy, portfolio planning, and go-to-market execution across offline, e-commerce, and quick-commerce channels — with a strong focus on performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Own the portfolio's growth agenda — drive volume, value, and market share across quarters and key seasons.
Develop annual brand plans: portfolio architecture, pricing/pack strategy, and seasonal go-to-market calendars.
Lead new product/pack development in collaboration with R&D;, packaging, and design teams — from consumer insight to launch.
Partner with Sales to build channel-specific GTM plans across General Trade, Up-to-date Trade, e-commerce, and quick commerce.
Own performance marketing for the portfolio — plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and marketplace ad platforms (Amazon Ads, Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart ads), with a focus on ROAS, CAC,



and funnel conversion.
Manage e-commerce brand presence end-to-end — PDP optimization, content, ratings/reviews, and marketplace visibility on Amazon and quick-commerce platforms.
Manage A&P; budgets and media plans; work with creative and media agencies on campaign development and performance tracking.
Track category, competitive, and consumer trends to identify white spaces and threats.
Manage forecasting, inventory planning, and coordination with supply chain for seasonal demand spikes.
Present business reviews, brand health metrics, and growth plans to senior leadership.

Requirements

MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 B-School.
4-5 years of Brand Management experience, preferably in FMCG/personal care/baby care categories.
Hands-on e-commerce experience — managing brand presence, PDPs, and growth on Amazon and/or quick-commerce platforms.
